The holistic health day is a complete spa package for body and soul. Relax and unwind in a state of physical and mental bliss!

The treatment includes:

• A full body aromatherapy massage
• Rest period with herbal teas
• Reflexology treatment. A compression foot massage to bring the whole body into balance.
• Ligh Lunch
• Indian head massage. A wonderful relaxing experience covering the shoulders, neck, scalp and face.
• Facial pressure point massage to lift, firn and relax

We use ESPA products which are 98-100% natural and are not tested on animals.

They consist of aromatherapy, plant and marine active products, which will work on mind, body and spirit, giving you a sense of inner peace and harmony.

50% fee is payable at the time of booking.
