Cancellation & Booking Policies

To ensure a seamless experience, we have the following booking policies in place:

DEPOSIT

For select appointments and day spa packages, a deposit ranging from 50% to 100% is required at the time of booking. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable unless you provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations.

NEW CLIENTS

We kindly request full payment in advance for your first treatment during your initial visit.

CANCELLATION

For all subsequent treatments, a 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Failure to provide such notice will require full payment for the scheduled service.
